A professionally produced and detailed inventory is an essential requirement for Landlords to protect your investment. Responsible tenants will also welcome a comprehensive and professionally prepared inventory. Crowe Property Agency are members of the  
Association of Professional Inventory Providers.  
All of the Deposit Protection Schemes will look at the tenancy agreement and the inventory in the first instance to establish the validity of any claim made by a Landlord. If the Landlord has not obtained a comprehensive inventory at the start of the tenancy then it is highly likely that the claim will fail and the Landlord will be left with substantial expenses. 
Our inventory service provides Landlords with the peace of mind that the best evidence has been obtained right at the start of tenancy. 
All of our inventories have a detailed ‘floor to ceiling’ description of each room, which is supported with embedded, time stamped digital photographs in the report. An average 3 bedroom property can have between 120-180 photographs. 
We will also video the property as standard with our inventory service. 
A general ‘Schedule of Condition’ is also produced within the body of the report. The meters are read and photographs taken. 
Landlords who use our Gold Service will receive a discount on our inventory services. 
We offer the following inventory services as an independent service to landlords who are letting and managing their own properties. 

Check In 

Complete Inventory and Video plus Check-In appointment with tenant. 

Check In Plus 
As Check In service. We also inform the council and utility suppliers that new tenants have moved in and provide meter readings where appropriate. 

Mid Term Inspection 

We will conduct an inspection and record any identified changes from the original inventory. 

Check Out Inspection 

We will conduct the critical check out inspection and record the changes in the property taking further photographs where appropriate. We normally conduct the checkout inspection with the out-going tenant and will discuss the changes with them to obtain an explanation. Meter readings will also be taken. We will then prepare a comprehensive report for the Landlord.
