If the Landlord has not obtained a comprehensive inventory at the start of the tenancy then it is highly likely that the claim will fail and the Landlord will be left with substantial expenses.

All of our inventories have a detailed ‘floor to ceiling’ description of each room, which is supported with embedded, time stamped digital photographs in the report. An average 3 bedroom property can have between 120-180 photographs.
We will also video the property as standard with our inventory service.
A general ‘Schedule of Condition’ is also produced within the body of the report. The meters are read and photographs taken.
